Thekwini TVET College invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the following contract posts based in Durban.

POST: MODERATOR (CLOTHING MANUFACTURING PROCESS NQFL1) X1

Contract Duration: One Year Contract

Location: Skills Unit

Ref: Skills 02/2024

R250.00 Per Unit Standard (Employee will be required to sign a service levy agreement (SLA) with the College)

Requirements: ·Matric Certificate or equivalent · Moderator qualification ·Be a constituency Moderator with FP&M SETA for Clothing Manufacturing and Processes NQF L1 ·1-year work experience as Moderator will be advantageous · Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in the two official languages IsiZulu and English ·Advance computer skills Ms Office (MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook) ·Good communication and interpersonal skills ·Work well under pressure.

Key Result Areas: ·Ensure assessment principles are adhered to in in the assessment process ·Handle the concerns of learners ·Evaluate the performance of the Assessor ·Support and advice the Assessor ·Submit Internal Moderation Reports.
